Naadam

Naadam takes pride in products being made from ethically sourced cashmere.

Focusing on sourcing materials from Mongolian Gobu Desert, Naadam has direct contact with herders, paying them livable wages, and ensuring ethical treatment of animals producing their cashmere.

Founded in 2013 by Matthew Scanlan and Diedrik Rijemus, they wished to make cashmere products that are recyclable, produced ethically, and are more affordable.

Naadam reports giving back to Mongolia through nonprofit work with the Gobi Revival Fund and founded the Naadam Bogd Fund to help sourcing partners KhanBogd to support nomadic herding communities.
